In the case of fraudalent use of your credit/debit cards, please contact your Card Issuer (Mastercard, VISA, etc) immediately and report the fraud. We will of course refund any purchases made by the fraudsters, but only upon notification from the Card Issuer. In general, we do not refund orders. Once you receive your registration code (License Key), we have no means of revoking the license. You must therefore make sure that you only purchase a license if you intend to use it. This is why you have a free 30-day trial period; please use it to ensure the software is working good for you and that it works "as intended". Once you decide to buy a license, it cannot be refunded. The online payment system we are using (WorldPay) has built-in fraud protection, and WorldPay has a 24/7 fraud detection unit.
