MsgPopper - One-way messaging for internal networks

MsgPopper allows administrators to send an instant message to a selected group or individual users on the network. The MsgPopper client software continously checks for new messages, and shows any message upon arrival. The message is not removed until marked as read, and always pops up. This enables you to send important messages that is shown immediately on the users screen.

You can also attach a file for the user to save to the local disk before opening it.
