Troubleshooting registration problems
If you experience a problem during the registration process, we kindly ask that you
check this page for known problems before you contact us.
Current status: OK (no known problems with the server).
There is a small number of requirements which must be fulfilled before the registration
can be completed:
JavaScript must be enabled
If you do not have JavaScript ("Active Scripting" in Internet Explorer),
a warning should be visible on the top of the registration page,
and the [Submit] or [Continue] buttons should not be visible.
If you have Javascript diabled for the Internet Zone (recommended), you might want to add
http://*.spinner.nl
http://*.spinnersoftware.com
http://*.worldpay.co.uk
https://*.worldpay.co.uk
to your list of Trusted Sites (allowed to run JavaScript / Active Scripting).
All required form fields must be correctly filled out.
With JavaScript enabled, you should receive a warning detailing
any required fields that are incorrectly filled out.
SSL/SET must be enabled
Without an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) enabled browser,
you will not be able to complete the transaction.
SSL is the component that encrypts the data between
your PC and the WorldPay servers, and it cannot be avoided.
Cookies must be enabled during the Worldpay session
WorldPay uses cookies to manage your transaction, and your browser
must therefore be able to accept cookies from www.worldpay.co.uk.
If you do not have cookies enabled, a warning should be visible
when you arrive at WorldPays site. This warning also provides
further information on how to configure your browser to avoid
this problem.
