ScanInbox - main window

The main window of ScanInbox looks like this:

Below is an explanation of the various controls:

* Rules

This is a list of the Rules that are active on your system.

* Scan

Click on this button to Run all the Rules for your Inbox.

* Add Rule

Click on this button to add a new Rule.

* Delete Rule

Click on this button to delete the Rule you have highlighted in the list.

* Scan every x minutes

If you enable this option, ScanInbox will run all the Rules, then pause for the specified number of minutes before repeating.

* Menu:
  File
    Load            Load your settings from a file.
    Save            Save the current settings.
    Save As         Save the current settings to a file.
    Exit            Close ScanInbox.
  Tools
    Send Email To   Use this tool to send emails to a 
                    large nuber of recipients.
    Blacklist       Review the blacklist text file.
    View Log file   View the log file.
    Options         Configure the mailbox and 
                    Microsoft Outlook settings.
