In this example we will create a hotkey to open an Internet page (URL).
Open WinMapper and select the File | New | Hotkey menu option.
Enter a short description (Internet in the example) and select the
hotkey to use (modifier and key) - our example use Windows as the
modifier (default), and the "I" key.
Select the Run category from the drop-down list. The Functions drop-down list
is refreshed with the functions in the selected category:
Selec the Start Application function from the Functions drop-down list.
Now enter the Internet address (URL) in the
Document: edit field. Please note that this must be a fully
qualified URL, meaning it has to start with http:// and be
a valid Internet address.
Click on OK to save and activate your new hotkey. From now on, when
you press your new hotkey, your default Internet browser is started
and begins to load the Internet page.
