Software packaging service

This service is used to create an MSI/MST file that can be distributed on corporate networks, for example through Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) or preinstallations (Sysprep).

This service is only available to customers at an hourly rate. We can provide an estimate of the hours needed to complete a project, but there are many other factors involved when creating such scripts. In addition, this normally requires a custom-designed basic container and test setup. For further information, please contact us.

We use the SDKs from Microsoft for scripting. To create MSIs, we use either WiX, Orca, WinINSTALL, InstallShield Developer, or WISE for Windows Installer - depending on the customer and project. For Transform files we use scripts and WiX, Orca, InstallShield Tuner, or product specific customization tools such as Office Customization Wizard, IEAK, Symantec Repackager, Autodesk Network Installation Wizard, and Adobe Enterprise Installation Toolkit.
